NeNe Leakes demands wedding guests sign release promising 'no drugs, no alcohol and no running for public office'
NeNe Leakes is preparing for her re-marriage to husband Gregg Leakes in typical celebrity style by getting guests to sign a lengthy release.
Yes, nothing says gay, hedonistic abandon like a detailed and legally binding contract, but the Real Housewives of Atlanta star seems to have taken her conditions a step further.
When she and Gregg Leakes say 'I do' at the Intercontinental Hotel, guests present will have had to agree to 'no alcohol, no drugs' and most bizarrely, 'no running for public office.'
The release form, reported by RadarOnline.com, asks the guest to promise that they 'will not be under the influence of any medication or drugs that might impair my physical or mental ability to engage in the Activity or that might impair my judgment while engaging in the Activity.'
They must also be in a good state of health to attend, as the form goes on: 'I represent that I am in good health and have no medical, physical, or emotional condition that might interfere with my engaging in the Activity.'
Then finally the odd requirement comes in, with the stipulation that guests are 'not currently and during one (1) year from today do not intend to be a candidate for public office.'
The form apparently reads: 'I represent and warrant that I gave nothing of value nor did I agree to give anything of value to anyone so I could be in the program.'
And it's serious stuff, if any attendee breaches the contract they are looking $50,000 for each infraction
