Lisa Wu Hartwell Sues Keith Sweat For Full Custody of Kids

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Lisa Wu Hartwell last Thursday filed for primary custody of her two sons with ex-husband and R&B singer Keith Sweat.

According to Access Atlanta, which accessed the court records, Wu contends that it is in the best interest of their sons, Jordan Sweat (14) and Justin Sweat (11), to live with her.

“The best interest of the minor children will be served by modifying the current custody and visitation provisions to make Mother the primary physical condition of the minor children,” the Fulton County court papers read. “Since the time of the Divorce Decree, Mother has remarried, owns a successful business and will provide a stable, loving, and nurturing environment in which she can raise the minor children.”

Sweat was awarded full custody of the children in 2003.

Although Sweat, too, travels frequently, the decree said Sweat?s mom helped care for the children. “Father is capable of providing a stable, secure home environment for the boys where their care is not delegated to random third parties,” the judge wrote.

Wu Hartwell has had visitation rights and has said in past interviews she sees her sons frequently. Neither boy was shown on camera or even talked about on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” because Sweat would not give her legal permission to do so. Sweat is never mentioned by name on the show.

After divorcing, Lisa married Ed Hartwell in 2005 and later divorced the former NFL player in 2011.

Kevin Durant maybe the newest edition to the Roc Nation family. Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant has decided to leave agent Rob Pelinka at Landmark Sports and go without representation for the moment. Will Durant join  Roc Nation Sports Agency?

Should sports agencies be scared of Jay-Z?  Of course they should the marketing power behind him is incredible. Since starting  Roc Nation Sports, Jay-Z has signed New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano, New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith and former Notre Dame guard Skylar Diggins, who was recently selected third by the Tulsa Shock in the WNBA draft.

Will  New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson be next to sign with Roc Nation Sports Agency.

TWITTER WARS! Erykah Badu & Critic Hurl Profanity & Insults: ‘Calm Your Fake, Righteous A** Down!’

While you were sleeping, cup cakin’ or at happy hour sipping your life away, some of us with no life, we’re enjoying pure Twitter entertainment, compliments of a celebrity and a young lady on twitter. Usually these types of arguments start off slow, speeding at a rapid pace, but thanks to two quick witted and fast typing women, we witnessed non-stop shots back and forth. Equally. So how did it get started? From what we can see, someone tweeted that they were attending a Erykah Badu show. A young woman with the twitter handle @HoldenSaysWha sarcastically responded that Miss Badu is emphasis for showing up UBER late to shows.

The thing is, when she made the remark, she @’ed Badu and that’s when the beef took off. Check it out below.

The Folks come and Celebrate Kim Kimble's Season 2 Premiere Of "L.A. Hair

The fab chicks of Hollywood took over West Hollywood for the "L.A. Hair" season 2 premiere party. 

Stars Sanaa Lathan and Melissa De Sousa made their way to the  party for the premiere of "L.A. Hair" season 2.  The perfectly coiffed gals were on hand to help celeb stylist Kim Kimble celebrate another year of hair salon highs and woes on the new season of her reality show.

Speaking of fabulousness, a short haired Brandy rocked cut up jeans and strappy black Louboutin Zoulou platform sandals as she put on a brave face after the recent death of her grandmother.  

And singer Kelly Price kept it fab as well.

Kelly and Brandy were close to Whitney Houston and were two of the last people to spend time with her in her last days.  So it's no surprise they've become close themselves.

Carrie Bradshaw would be so estatic… Sarah Jessica Parker is teaming up with Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus to launch a new line of shoes, bags and trench coats, which she promises will feature ‘beautiful combinations’ of colors.

The name of the collection will be called SJP and it will hit shelves in Nordstrom’s next year. The announcement today was timely, since it marks the fifteenth anniversary of Sex and the City’s first episode. As you all are familiar with Sex and The City Carrie was obsessed with Manolo Blaniks she said: ‘I’ve spent $40,000 on shoes and I have no place to live? I will literally be the old woman who lived in her shoes! Luckily her shoes are affordable.. It will range from $200-$300 Purses – which she says will reference the Seventies and Eighties – will cost around $700 or less. I can’t wait to see what everything will look like. I will make sure and check it out once it arrives at Norddtroms.. Congrats SJP.

A transsexual hooker claims to have had several trysts with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky.

Kyle Richards nearly quit The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills over allegations that her husband Mauricio Umansky cheated on her and now faces new claims he was involved in a kinky threesome.

The 44-year-old reality TV star was talked out of leaving last month by the show's producers, but new revelations of an alleged threesome involving her husband, a female escort and a transsexual prostitute have surfaced.

Kyle and 42-year-old Mauricio have been married for 17 years and have three daughters together, Alexia, Sophia and Portia.

Mauricio has been the subject of philandering rumours and Star magazine this week added fuel with its report of a wild sex threesome.

Toni Newman, a transsexual known as Mistress Terri, said she and her escort partner Mistress Carmen, 29, ran their sex business out of their apartment in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.

'We had many high-end clients between 2003 and 2005, Mauricio being one of them,' said the 50-year-old Newman, who recently released the memoir I Rise detailing her life as a prostitute, Newman said the duo worked by having Mistress Carmen take men into her room where she would offer them the option of having her transsexual partner come in.

'Mauricio went for the threesome option and in a kinky twist asked both of them to dress up as police officers, Newman said.

Mauricio has denied the claims by Newman and Mistress Carmen, calling them 'false' and 'utterly ridiculous.'

Kyle, who is the aunt of Paris Hilton, was confronted last month by co-stars Brandi Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump over Mauricio's alleged infidelities.

Rocker Liam Gallagher reveals the reason behind his nasty confrontation with actor Idris Elba.

Liam Gallagher's confrontation with Idris Elba started over his hair.

The Beady Eye frontman squared up to the 'The Wire' star at London's Ivy Club following the NME Awards in February and pulled Idris' red bobble hat off his head, and Liam has now opened up about the real reason behind the altercation for the first time - the actor had ruffled his perfectly coiffed hairdo.

Drake Stunts In Toronto With New Whip!

"Started From The Bottom" rapper Drake isn't frontin' in his songs when he raps about Bugatti and other million dollar ish.  At least not this time.  He just copped a brand new shiny black Bugatti Veyron.  And those whips go for a cool $2.5 mill.

Rihanna and Amanda Bynes have an NASTY ALL OUT TWITTER WAR!

Though she was just charged with marijuana possession, reckless endangerment, and attempted evidence tampering, Amanda Bynes drew even more criticism on Sunday when she unleashed a series of insulting tweets at Rihanna.

Since deleted, the posts were screenshotted and began with the former Nickelodeon star's racist jab, "@rihanna you look so ugly tryin to be white."

Fanning the fires even more, the troubled 27-year-old actress added, "Chris brown beat you because you're not pretty enough."

Quickly turning into childish insults, she continued,

For those who aren't following the public meltdown of former Nikelodeon teen queen Amanda Bynes, she's displayed some very peculiar behavior lately, including an inexplicable fascination with black women and blonde hair (she's retweeted pics of Nicki Minaj and Blac Chyna).

In addition to her latest caper, which involved an arrest for smoking weed in her apartment (and she later accused the NYPD of slapping her vagina during the arrest!), Amanda lashed out at Rihanna for no apparent reason.  She tweeted...

Wendy Williams has been known to make a catty comment or two during her "Hot Topics" segment on "The Wendy Show."  And earlier today, she upset "RHOA" queen bee Nene Leakes when she made a few comments about Nene's relationship with Gregg. 

Wendy was talking about the lack of chemistry the two have and how the relationship seems o be strictly a GREAT friendship...with business benefits.  And Wendy also said NeNe shouldn't do a big TV wedding, because we all know it would be a lie. 

Obviously, the comments upset Nene so much that she tweeted,

SMH.....Nene has made a few appearances to the "Wendy" show and they always seemed to get along great.  It will be interesting to watch how the two act towards each other in the future. 

Kevin Hart DESTROYS Mike Epps During TWITTER BATTLE!!

Mike Epps fired a few shots at Hollywood's hottest comedian, Kevin Hart, and ignited a Twitter shoot out that left one of them bloody.

 It all started when Mike (during a moment of reflection and homage to Katt Williams) tweeted,

So word on the street is Claudia Jordan is the new lady in Benzino's life!! And the photo above is doing a lot to prove right!! However, I'm not sure if these two are in a relationship, or if this was just an organic moment from a photoshoot. Whatever it was, it looks like these two are definitely feeling each other.

What we DO know is that they work together professionally and on this season of Celebrity Apprentice, Claudia played for his Tom Joyner Foundation, which raises money for historically black colleges and universities . In an interview for their web site, she explained why she chose his foundation:“My brother is a teacher. I know the importance of education. I love what the [Foundation] does!”

Mathew Knowles Sets the Record Straight on Beyonce Firing Him: ‘It was a MUTUAL decision.’

Last month, for the first time, Beyonce Knowles opened up, on camera, speaking on what many of us knew, her business relationship with her father, Mathew, was officially a wrap. In the press and public, there was lots of speculation about what had really happened between the two–was it the fact that Mathew and Tina had divorced (in 2009), or was it the fact that the 61-year-old fathered a child with another woman? Welp, according to what both parties say, it was neither. In her interview with Oprah Winfrey, Beyonce explained:

“It took a while for me and my dad to have an understanding. When I turned 18 and started handling my business more, he went into shock … I’d say no to something, and he’d book it anyway … We would fight sometimes, and it took about two years… for him to realize, ‘Oh, she is an adult now, and if she doesn’t wanna do something, I can’t make her do it.’”

And while Beyonce’s father has yet to publicly comment on what happened, he opened up in a new interview with UK’s The Sun.

 ”Normally I hate to talk about anything personal, but it would be a lie if I did not say it has been difficult,” he tells the paper. “It was hard for me to let her go. It was hard for both of us to let each other go, and let’s be clear on that. She didn’t let me go; we both let each other go. This was not a normal ending of a business agreement. This was a dad and a daughter, and it was incredibly painful and it had some difficulties. But I try to always have a positive mind about things and you got to do it the right way.”

Meet Bad Lt Tim Dluhos Who Tweets Racist commenst while working for the FDNY!

A New York City EMS lieutenant broke down in tears on the street on Friday when he was confronted over racist tweets and offense comments he made on his Twitter feed.

Timothy Dluhos, who works for the Fire Department of New York, made posts calling Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who is Jewish, 'King Heeb,' referring to black people as 'coloreds' and calling Asians 'chinks,' according to reports.

He also tweeted that his most prized possession is Nazi gold pin with a German U-Boat and a swastika.

The New York Post discovered the officials social media account, which featured a profile picture of Adolf Hitler, and confronted Dluhos outside his home on Staten Island.

'My life is ruined. Oh, my God, I’m so sorry,' he cried as he broke down in tears, the newspaper reports.

'There has got to be a lot worse out there than me,' he said.

The Post reports that Dluhos' online comments are part of an epidemic at the FDNY, which is so packed with white men that federal courts have ordered it to change its hiring practices and become more diverse.

'He is not an isolated case,' retired veteran of the city EMS said of Dluhos. 'He’s a symptom of a sick system. If you work in the city for police, fire or EMS and tell me you’re surprised by this, you’re a liar.'

The 34-year-old veteran of the department, who made 93,000 in 2011, goes by the online name 'Bad Lieutenant.'

Dluhos works at EMS Station 57 in Bedford-Stuyvessant in Brooklyn, New York

On February 12, he tweeted 'I’m going to give up racial insults for Lent..' Then later he wrote, 'Jesus that didn’t [last] too long. F***en chinks can’t drive.'

He wrote about the fire station where he works in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, saying 'Hahaha! I work with the coloreds. For 12 years so that s*** just run off on me.'

Several times he referred disparagingly to the mayor and his Jewish upbringing.

He mentioned the incident where groundhog Staten Island Chuck bit Bloomberg in the fact, saying 'Too bad he didn’t have rabies or AIDS and too bad he didn’t bite King Heeb’s face off.'

He also tweeted, 'That’s how King Jew sees it. Ban all guns & shootings will go down in NYC. But it’s the criminals w/the guns.'

Despite the comments, he was pictured smiling at his promotion ceremony with the mayor.

He repeatedly posted photos of naked, obese women.

He also said, 'I’m really a dirty pervert. I see a girl with tight pants on and my eyes immediately focus on her crotch to look for camel toe.'

Dluhos also posted several pictures of himself with guns.

He tried to explain his posts to the Post, saying between sobs that he 'didn't hate anyone.'

'I’ve seen strangers shot and killed. I’ve seen families torn apart by violence. It’s a damn shame that gang members ruin it for hardworking, struggling people,' he said.

Late, as he left for work, he said: 'I guess I should go enjoy my last day on the job.'

The FDNY says Dluhos' posts are 'under review.'

Lindsay Lohan Parties Ahead Of Rehab Stint

Though Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to 90 days of rehabilitation, the party prone starlet seemed to have spent the weekend enjoying the California club scene.

According to an Us Weekly source, Lohan, 26, was spotted “drinking Ketel One vodka on the rocks and smoking Parliaments” at a night club in San Diego March 22.

Lohan was also photographed on Saturday leaving a private club in Santa Monica. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the “Mean Girls” actress tries to cover her face to enter a waiting SUV after exiting the club.

The starlet is seen ducking in the back seat of the car with rumored boyfriend Avi Snow. A guitarist in indie rock band City of the Sun, Snow is also a New York night club promoter.

Lohan is apparently choosing to spend her days before entering rehab hitting the hot spots with her new flame.

 “It doesn’t have to be locked like a correctional facility. It doesn’t have to be that hardcore. But it has to be a place where if she leaves, they notify us,” Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White told the Daily News.

“She has to follow the program and can’t leave the property,” White, a key prosecutor behind her plea deal, said. “If she leaves, it’s a violation.”

The actress was sentenced to the rehab along with 18 months of psychotherapy, 30 days of community service and two years probation after taking a surprise, no-jail plea deal last week and pleading no contest to lying to police and reckless driving.

HELLO BROOKLYN! The 2013 MTV VMA's HEADED To Barclays Center

It's just been announced that the live 2013 MTV VMAs will take place on Sunday, August 25, at the home of the Brooklyn Nets.  The network made the announcement earlier after its iconic Moonman hopped a flight out of LA and announced his arrival on Instagram saying "And WE'RE HERE! The 2013 @MTV VMAs will be LIVE at @BarclaysCenter on 8/25! #RoadToTheVMAs #HelloBrooklyn"

Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz talked about the announcement and the honor saying to MTV News:

"From hip-hop to hipsters, Jay- Z to MGMT, Brooklyn musicians have a long history of dominating the 'spotlight' on MTV. Brooklyn is a cultural Mecca — the hippest, coolest place for young people across the country, and has played a crucial role in the careers of some of 2013's biggest bands, like Fun. and the Lumineers.

"Now, it is only fitting that the first time Brooklyn will ever host a major awards show, we are welcoming the most exciting and talked about spectacle in the music industry ... I'm so thrilled that I'll probably get 'no sleep till Brooklyn' hosts the VMAs!"

Will Smith Turned Down Lead in ‘Django Unchained’

*Will Smith was initially rumored to be in talks for the role of Django when production began in 2011 on Quentin Tarantino’s slavery-era film “Django Unchained,” but the part eventually went to Jamie Foxx.

Smith has now confirmed that he was offered the part first, but rejected it over concerns Christoph Waltz’s bounty hunter character was the better role.

Ray J Caught Up In Backstage Fight, & Dating Teairra Mari

Ray J’s fighting mad in a recent video leak. Caught on amateur video posted on TMZ.com, the singer is seen trading insults with a woman before trading punches with man. It all went down backstage at Los Angeles’ Club Nokia Thursday night. E-40, Mack 10, Warren G and Too $hort had just performed as part of the West Coast Fest concert. The woman is heard on the video accusing Ray J of calling her a fat b****. She then goes off on him with a series of insults. TMZ claims the woman is the niece of Death Row Records co-founder Suge Knight. The video also shows footage of Ray J and another man in a physical altercation. Bodyguards quickly jump in to separate the two. TMZ says no arrests were made.
