Future Covers The Source Magazine 

Birdman, DJ Khaled, and Ace Hood appeared on the first of two covers for the June/July issue of The Source. the iconic magazine reveals the second featuring Future.

Can't say that this honor isn't well deserved. The Atlanta native is having a stellar run because of highly lauded tracks like "Karate Chop." In fact, he's lent a hand to a pair of the aforementioned MCs latest efforts with choruses on Birdman's "Tap Out" and Ace's "Bugatti," respectively.

Future is now prepping his sophomore studio album Future Hendrix, due out later this year.

He sat down with MTV to discuss his forthcoming LP and feelings on gracing the front of the illustrious publication. See a brief synopsis of what to expect from the Epic signee in his sit down with The Source below.

He also dishes on his “awesome relationship” with Ciara and wonders how her feud with Rihanna affected their “Loveeeeeee Song” collaboration. Future felt the song should've been a single. “We never shot a video, we never performed it. I don't know whether it was because of that situation or if just the time hasn't come up.

GRADUATION TIME! Dwyane Wade's Son Zion CELEBRATES His 6th BIRTHDAY! + LL Cool J's Daughter Samaria And Magic Johnson's Daughter Elisa Johnson GRADUATE High School Together!

Miami Heat baller Dwyane Wade celebrated the 6th birthday of his son Zion. Dwyane and lil Z were joined by Dwyane's mom Jolinda Wade and Dwyane's sister Tragil Wade, Zion's older brother Zaire and Wade's nephew Dahveon.

Just what every kid needs....goldfish snacks everywhere!  The family celebrated with a Goldfish themed soccer party at Sun Life Stadium hosted by the Goldfish brand. Zion and his friends snacked on GoldfishMyWay.com party favors as they watched World Cup champs Spain take on Haiti.  And Zion even escorted Spain’s team captain out onto the field!

Dwyane has been working with the Goldfish brand for the past five years, encouraging kids to get up and get active.  Nice!

Sports fans know that Dwyane has his hands full as the Heat battle the San Antonio Spurs during the NBA finals, but he STILL made time to treat his son to a big birthday bash!  Good dad!

And in other kids news.....

Samaria Smith (daughter of LL Cool J & Simone Smith) and Elisa Johnson (daughter of Magic & Cookie Johnson) graduated high school over the weekend.  Don't ya just love black royalty fams in their own rights having kids growing up together?  We do.  Wonder what those house parties are like....

The two Bffs posted several pics of themselves in and out of their cap and gowns over the weekend as they celebrated with family and friends.

And Samaria shared several pics of her proud parents celebrating her big day.

The Game To Appear On ‘The Simpsons’ Next Month

This is crazy, with tattoos, the Jesus Piece, a fresh cut and some Jordans, rapper The Game will make a guest appearance on The Simpsons in July.

The Game took to Instagram to share the news, and sharing the the above pic and saying:

Alicia Keys Talks on why She is Proud Of Rihanna

Love to see other women giving each other compliments and recognizing that others are just as successful as them and Alicia Keys is giving Rihanna major props for the way she has handled living her life in the spot light. Yes, everyone knows who’s the hottest chic in the game and that is Ms. Robyn Fenty!

Alicia says about Rihanna:

“It’s such a tricky, crazy business, and when people are a little bit younger than me, I’m always hoping that their soul is good because it can be such a soulless space… “I’m proud of Rihanna. Stay has amazing lyrics, Sia who sung on Flo-Rida’s “Wild Ones’  is a great songwriter. And Rihanna puts alot of emotion in the song.

Monica Talks About Not Wanting To Take Rocko To Child Support & Being Called A Baby Momma 

Jermaine Dupri was recently in the studio with R&B songstress Monica clowning around and just having fun while recording a song in the studio. The conversation got sort of/kind of serious when the term "Baby Momma" was used and Monica revealed that she wasn't sure how she felt about that term. 

Monica also goes into detail about not ever wanting to step foot inside of a court house to try and get child support from her childrens father, Rocko. Monica says that a REAL man should be able to assess the needs of their children and handle it accordingly.

Unfortunately, that is not the case for most women and we have to end up sitting in somebody's courtroom trying to get some sort of money in order to take care of our children. Lord knows I had to take my older childrens father to court on quite a few occasions because he was dead set on not giving me anything.

After getting him locked up a few times, he got the hint that I wasn't playing any games with him and he started paying on a regular basis. However, getting back to the topic at hand, check out what Monica had to say about child support and courtrooms when you read below:

Sparks flew during the R&B Divas Atlanta Season 2 Reunion taping on Tuesday night at the El Rey Theater in Los Angeles.

Old fights were revisited and new friendships were solidified when Executive Producer Nicci Gilbert, Syleena Johnson, Angie Stone, Keke Wyatt, Monifah Carter and LaTocha Scott all joined Joe Clair to dish on the past season.

On woman who was missing in action was Faith Evans, who chose to skip the reunion to celebrate her 40th birthday. Does this mean she won't be back next season?

Singer Nicci Gilbert, who spent most of the season battling Syleena Johnson looked like an angel in white for the taping.

We wonder if her outfit was a part of the "Curvato" collection?

Nicci even blessed the reunion with a vocal selection.  Hmmm...we wonder if that "Brownstone" reunion ever happened?

Syleena Johnson spent most of the season battling Nicci and dealing with family drama as her mother, a former addict, became the newest member of her household.

LaTocha Scott, who joined the cast earlier this season, did her best to avoid the on-screen drama.

Keke Wyatt was in pretty good spirits this season as she had a hit single on the radio with Avant, "You And I".

Monifah, shown with her partner Terez, often played peace-maker this season.

DJ EQ keep the sounds flowing in between segments.

And tv personality Joe Clair played referee during the talks.

The explosive TV One reunion taping airs in two parts on June 26 and July 10 .

Flavor Flav Is About To Lose His Last Chicken & Ribs Joint

Flavor Flav's acumen as a business is looking very suspect. The Public Enemy rapper and reality star's last fried chicken joint in Michigan is in danger of closing. 

Reports TMZ:

Flavor Flav's run as a fast food mogul could be over in a matter of weeks ... because the last of his fried chicken joints has been hit with eviction papers ... TMZ has learned.

Flavor Flav's Chicken & Ribs in Sterling Heights, MI has been accused of stiffing its landlord out of rent since the day it opened back in December 2012.

FYI -- FFC&R is the last of 3 fried chicken joints Flav has tried to open in the past few years ... one sputtered out in Iowa in 2011 and the other one died a slow painful death in Vegas in 2012.

Now, according to court docs obtained by TMZ, the Michigan location is also on the ropes ... unless it finds a way to come up with $25,000 (missing rent + late fees + damages).

The papers show ... FFC&R was late in making its monthly $3,500 monthly rent payment back in Sept and October -- and stopped paying altogether in November.

The landlord warned Flav's restaurant about the problem back in January ... and just a few weeks ago, went back to the court in hopes a judge will kick Flav to the curb, stat. 

We called Flav about the crisis ... and he told us he had no idea the restaurant was in trouble. But the rapper insists, "I'm gonna figure out what's going on and get to the bottom of this ASAP!"

Flav is currently on the latest season of VH1's Couples Therapy. He is also going on trial for threatening his girlfriend/fiancee Liz Trujillo's son with a butcher knife. If convicted, the "911 Is A Joke" rapper is facing up to 12 years in prison.

You gotta get it together, Flav.

SPLITSVILLE!: MILEY CYRUS’ PARENTS CALLING IT QUITS!

Miley Cyrus has been in all types of media for starting a twerking trend amongst her vanilla-skinned fans, but now she’s dealing with some family issues.

Miley’s mom, Tish Cyrus, has filed for a divorce from mullet loving Billy Ray Cyrus citing “irreconcilable differences.” Her decision to pull the plug on the marriage comes 3 years after Billy Ray filed for divorce but dropped it in an attempt to work things out.

Billy Ray and Tish have been married for 19 years and have 5 children, including, of course, Miley. There’s only one minor child left, Noah Cyrus, who is 13. Tish is asking for full physical and legal custody, with visitation to Billy Ray.

Tish is also asking for spousal support, and she wants him to pay her attorney’s fees. The date of separation is listed as TBD.

Tish tells TMZ, “This is a personal matter and we are working to find a resolution that is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

Weekend Box Office: 'Man Of Steel' Soars To $125 Million Debut

Since Man of Steel was actually a little front-loaded this weekend, it’s unfortunately going to matter whether or not you count that extra $12 million from the Thursday Wal-Mart screenings as part of the opening weekend or merely basically ‘bonus grosses’ to be counted exclusively as Thursday figures.   So bear with me, as this might get a little complicated.

Man Of Steel debuted this weekend for a 3.25 day total of $125 million.  If you count that whole figure as its opening weekend, then it bests the $116 million debut of Alice In Wonderland for the second-best opening weekend for a non-sequel behind The Hunger Games‘s $152 million.  It’s also, inflation and 3D bumps aside, that much closer to the $128 million debut of Iron Man 2 and becomes the 13th biggest debut ahead of the $125.1 million debut of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part I.  But if you count just the $113.1 million Fri-Sun total as its opening weekend, which I generally do not, that puts Man Of Steel just barely above the $110 million debut of Toy Story 3 for the June weekend record.

Obviously credit goes to Warner Bros’ marketing department, which cut a series of emotionally potent trailers that actually hid most of the big action beats, even if they (grumble grumble) spoiled nearly every major emotional beat found in the film. Even the last minute action-filled teaser (titled ‘You are not alone’) and the Nokia trailer were cut so quickly as to merely suggest action rather than give away specific scenes (although I’m glad I waited until after I saw the film to watch that Nokia trailer).  Warner Bros. also successfully kept expectations low, offering official predictions of a $75 million debut weekend while even rival studios dared only speculate as high as $100 million.  As such, the $125 million figure is now seen as ‘over performing’ and will be reporting as opening well above expectations. So for the moment, Man Of Steel has reaffirmed DC Comics as a viable brand for big-scale tent poles just as Marvel did with Iron Man five years ago.  So far, so good…

Hip Hop Sisters’ Among Four New Reality Shows at BET

BET is building up its unscripted pilots into development this year – including a reality show featuring MC Lyte, The Lady of Rage, Yo Yo, Smooth, Monie Love and Lil Mama attempting to relauch their careers.

HIP HOP SISTERS is a docudrama following the relaunch of six female rappers’ careers. MC Lyte, The Lady of Rage, Yo Yo, Smooth, Monie Love and Lil Mama join forces and declare themselves the Hip Hop Sisters. Their goal is to reclaim their titles as the Queens of Hip Hop — as they manage their drama-filled personal careers and lives and search for the next great female MC. MC Lyte joins Lemuel Plummer (Vindicated, The Sheards) as executive producer.

Baltimore Raven Torrey Smith & Fiancée Chanel Williams Reveal Their Engagement Pics

NFL superstar wide receiver Torrey Smith, who helped lead the Baltimore Ravens to victory at Superbowl 2013, is engaged to Chanel Williams.  And earlier today, the happy couple released their engagement pics to The Baltimore Sun.

They posed for pics at the famed M&T Bank Stadium where Torrey's road to victory began.

On her Instagram page, Chanel and Torrey paid homage to one of his famous teammates in the above pic.  She said, "Ray Lewis tribute! Lol"  Loves it!

Chanel also revealed that she'll officially become "Mrs. Smith" in exactly 30 days.

And in case you were wondering.....

Torrey did a great job at picking out a ring.  But, it's not the only big ass diamond in the family.

The Baltimore Ravens just received their Superbowl rings a few days ago.  He tweeted, "Thought I gave @libraladii a nice ring until I saw this...."

Congrats to the couple on their upcoming July wedding.

The ladies are looking beautiful on the cover of Upscale Magazine where they discuss doing better as a brand and cast mates that are no longer with the show.

On losing advertisers dollars and the critiques they received from the public:

 “[It] was so difficult to deal with when it was airing and when it was all over with. I remember saying, ‘what the hell just happened? This isn’t us; we’re mothers, we’re businesswomen. We have to be smarter. We have to represent ourselves a lot better.” – Shaunie

I was very depressed last summer. I was dealing with some things that were going on with my mother and everything that was happening with the backlash from the show. I started eating everything under the sun. I blew up to about 190-ish pounds. I’m a tall girl, so I wear it well, but I was bordering between [size] 14 and 16 in my clothes. – Tami

“By the time we did the [season four] reunion we all agreed enough is enough. We had a group talk and were all definitely on the same page. We heard the messages loud and clear. We knew we had to do better. It was an eye opener.” – Shaunie

And as for Jennifer—Shaunie is [being] nice but I’m going to tell you this—we don’t condone the incident with Jennifer, but we do reality TV. You know something’s bound to happen when you put a bunch of women together and there’s a lot of behind the scenes conversation and gossip going on. So when Jennifer went on this whole anti-show campaign, it was a little tough for us as cast members.” – Evelyn Basketball Wives season 4 premieres in August 2013.

Royce Reed Claps Back At Evelyn Lozada For Calling Her A Non Mother F****n Factor

Recently Shaunie O'neal, Evelyn Lozada and Tami Roman  was talking about why Jennifer Williams and Royce Reed won't be returning to the newest season of Vh1's "Basketball Wives Miami".

In the "Upscale" magazine interview, Evelyn Lozada says that Royce is a non muthafuckin factor and stated that having Royce on the show no longer made sense. Well, Royce Reed must've heard about that interview because she has clapped back at Evelyn via her Twitter page.

Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan hires his old friend Patrick Ewing as assistant coach. Sacramento’s new head coach Mike Malone was reportedly also wooing Ewing. Back in their playing days, Jordan got the best of Ewing in the biggest moments, from the tongue-wagging North Carolina freshman guard sinking the go-ahead shot against Ewing’s Hoyas in the 1982 NCAA Championship game to his Bulls consistently fending over the big man’s Knicks. The pair did hook up to bring up gold for the 1984 and 1992 U.S. Olympic men’s basketball team – and as Wojnarowski notes, in the 1996 animated movie Space Jam.

Considering the Bobcats suspect roster, It could be awhile before the pair bring that kind of success – the gold medal equivalent that is – to Charlotte.

Millionaire Producer Ralo Wonder The Reason Porsha Stewart Is Getting A Divorce

The divorce drama between Kordell Stewart and Porsha Williams-Stewart has intensified. Now there’s a new player added to the mix.

Media mogul and NASCAR team owner Ralo Wonder is said to have played a major part in the demise of Porsha and Kordell’s self-proclaimed picture perfect marriage. Mr. Wonder (no relation to Stevie) is also best friends with Mimi Faust’s  from Love and Hip Hop Atlanta new flame Nikko.

Word is Ralo and Porsha had a real steamy side relationship that Kordell got wind of but couldn’t prove it. It all may be coming to light since one of Ralo’s disgruntled business associates got a hold of Ralo’s cell phone with tons of evidence in it.

The associate is threatening to go to the media if he’s not paid money that he claims is owed to him.

Imagine if this person actually got his story sold somwhere. The skeletons would plummet out of the closet if this turns out to be true. We can guarantee Ralo and Porsha definitely do not want that to happen.

But wait, there’s more. Ralo is engaged to Crystal Mocahantas, who is rumored to be replacing one of the Atlanta housewives. Porsha and her divorce battle will only get worse if this information is released, especially after she claimed that Kordell changed the locks on her. If these two ladies ended up on RHOA together the ratings would be through the roof.

FIRST LOOK: Mariah Carey As "Hattie Pearl" In "The Butler"

Mariah Carey is among the A-listers who will be starring in Lee Daniels' upcoming film The Butler (August 16th).  And now, we've got a sneak peek at her character.  Mariah will be playing Hattie Pearl, and apparently, Hattie Pearl was a slave.  AND she worked in the cotton fields.

We're sure many folks are going to having comments about Mariah and someone of her....aesthetic....playing a "field" slave....but this IS a Lee Daniels' film.  It's supposed to make you question, wonder and debate.  Not just say "Bish please."

In the film, Mariah will star alongside Forest Whitaker, Oprah Winfrey, Cuba Gooding Jr, Lenny Kravitz, Robin Williams and Jane Fonda.

Meanwhile, Mariah, whose song "#Beautiful" featuring Miguel has put her back atop the music charts around the world, will release her 13th studio album on July 23.

Karrueche's Phone Gets Stolen!!!

According to Karrueche Tran's Twitter page, her phone was recently stolen. Not that phones being stolen aren't a big deal, but it's the fact that she didn't have a lock on her phone that's got her in an uproar! Want to know why? Because according to the word on the internet curb, Karrueche was busy twerking when her phone fell off her person. She didn't realize the phone was gone until she noticed the phone was no longer in her possession.

However, instead of thinking she lost the phone, Karrueche is adamant that a bitch stole her phone! Peep her tweet below:
