Naomi Campbell Debuts Blonde Hair For Vogue Brazil
To say that Naomi Campbell's hair has been through a lot is an understatement. Over the course of decades in the modeling industry, Campbell has worn every kind of extension, braid, wig and weave in existence (and has the unfortunate hair damage to show for it).
Now Naomi's latest tress change is going blonde. The 42-year-old supermodel was photographed by Tom Munro for the May 2013 cover of Vogue Brazil with stunningly light blonde hair, blown out into sleek, straight strands.
The new color, we think, looks pretty great (although it helps that Campbell clearly has a giant fan pointed right at her head). Even if it is a wig, as FashionGoneRogue reports, we hope it's one Naomi will keep on for a while.

NBA legend Michael Jordan marries his with longtime girlfriend Yvette Prieto yesterday, at an Episcopal church in Palm Beach and then hosted about 1,500 guests at a country club in Jupiter.
Although photos of Jordan and Prieto have not yet gone public, shots of a number of his guests, including Pippen, Ewing and Jordan’s mother, Dolores, have surfaced.

Asian Fraternity At UC Irvine Under Backlash After Using Blackface To Portray Jay Z
Every time I hear someone say something like racism isn’t a problem anymore I have to wonder in what sheltered world do they live in. Because stories like this remind me that race relations in this country are still a major issue. An Asian fraternity by the name of Lambda Theta Delta at the University of California – Irvine has been under fire after posting a video where one of the members portrays Jay-Z by wearing blackface. Using Justin Timberlake‘s Suit & Tie as the soundtrack, the clip shows snippets of events that the fraternity has hosted. It then segways to a group of fraternity members singing along with Justin, when all of a sudden a member in blackface comes out as Jay Z.
The group has since then issued an apology on Facebook, saying that the use of blackface was insensitive and wrong. They also claim that the video was the creation of only a few members and not by the fraternity as a whole. They close by saying that the video does show that racism and ignorance still exists today and they in no way condone it. It was a great apology but I’m not sure I buy the “we didn’t know this was being made” angle. But, maybe that’s me.

First and foremost, Lambda Theta Delta sincerely apologizes for the extremely racist content of the “Suit and Tie” video. The use of black face in the video is incredibly offensive as well as insensitive. This behavior is simply unacceptable and the individuals responsible for the video have already been reprimanded within the organization prior to the public outcry to which this formal apology is responding. We want to ensure everyone that this video does not represent the views of the collective house. With that being said it does acknowledge the fact that we have some ignorant individuals within our organization, whom we have already dealt with ourselves.
The video itself was not a fraternity directed project but rather a video made individuals within the organization. We assure you that the video was neither pre-approved by the leadership nor the house. The house was not aware of its production until it was released into the realm of public media. Namely it was first published onto Facebook by these individuals and was immediately removed when other members, NOT IGNORANT of the history and oppressive nature of the use of blackface, learned of it. We did not realize that it was still in existence and believed it to be a grave mistake of a few members who were reprimanded for their actions.
The collective house is aware of the great ignorance of the video as it perpetuates a gravely offensive stereotype against African- Americans. Rest assured that the individuals have already been punished for their actions and it is an issue we have already addressed within the house. We apologize for its creation as well as any mental anguish the production has caused to the community. We did not realize it was still in circulation as the house intended its complete deletion for its extremely insensitive content.
Regardless of the circumstances, the video proves the existence of racism and ignorance today. Lambda Theta Delta in no way promotes these values nor perpetuates them. The ignorance and bigotry of the content is intolerable. We extend our deepest and most sincere apologies to the community for the extremely insensitive transgression.

According to BlackEnterprise Speaker of the House, Republican John Boehner’s 35 year old daughter Lindsay Marie Boehner, is engaged to a Jamaican-born 38-year-old construction worker who was previously arrested for marijuana possession.
“In 2006, Dominic Lakhan was arrested in Pembroke Pines, Florida for misdemeanor possession of two grams of marijuana during a traffic stop. He was also arrested in 2003 for driving with an open beer container in the car.
Dominic and Lindsey, are set to marry in DelRay Beach Florida, May 10th.”
RHOA’s Kenya Moore Denies Sexting Apollo + Says Husbands Are Thirsty For More Camera Time
It’s almost been a full week and Real Housewives of Atlanta junkies are still chatting about part 3 of the reunion show. For the most part, cast mates have laid low in the press, outside of Porsha Stewart, who has finally made a few press runs addressing the drama surrounding her marriage to ex-NFL’er Kordell Stewart. But one of the BRAVO shows, break-out stars, Kenya Moore would like to clear the air, before they go on a hiatus. This week, she took to her blog, defending accusations that she inappropriately text flirted with Phaedra Parks’ husband, Apollo.
Peep a few excerpts of what she had to say.
Apollo and I had initially communicated via group text and emails when collaborating on the workout video. We were amiable to one another even after the deal fell through and remained cordial. Despite his desperate outburst, neither of us acted inappropriately….It was just as shocking for me to hear him make accusations that I, in effect, propositioned him. So shocking that I had to laugh at just how contrived and rehearsed it was. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I’m certain Apollo was coached by Phaedra. Hence why I showed my phone with all the texts to Andy to prove my innocence and offered to pass it around for full and transparent disclosure. Andy verified that there was no sexual content to any of the texts. I feel sorry that Apollo’s wife is so sadistic that she will do anything to malign, embarrass, disenfranchise, and slander me because I beat her at her own game.
REAL MEN DON’T FIGHT WITH WOMEN…No real or decent man verbally attacks a woman. The truth is, Peter, Apollo, and Kordell have all shown unacceptable aggression and intimidation toward women. Only cowardly men raise their voices in anger, physically act aggressively, or angrily shout at and attack women. Real men stay out of their women’s business and they don’t engage in repugnant hostile actions or words toward a woman whether they know, like, or dislike her. I applaud Gregg and Todd for the classy and appropriate way they refrained from attacking me unlike the others to get camera time. The others are always looking for their moment, which is why they all bonded with my groupie ex. As badly as they all want to hold a peach, they never will.
She ended her blog post, addressing her cast mates directly:
NeNe: Thank you for your kindness and your open heart. You have had my back on and off screen and I appreciate you for all you have done to help me navigate this process and my changes in life. I most appreciate the girl talk and encouraging words you have given me regarding my love life. Those words came at a time I thought I would never find someone who would love me unconditionally. Cynthia: You are the epitome of a beautiful woman equally as stunning as you are kind. You haven’t let the pressures of being in the public eye change you. I’m happy to call you a friend and hope that our relationship continues to grow. You inspire me.

Porsha: Life is about growth. We can only grow if we are able to see our mistakes. Look to God and your family and true friends for support during your lowest times. Mike Tyson Reveals An Ex-Girlfriend Cooked & Ate One Of His Pigeons
There are some people that you break up with who you can still be friendly with. Then there are those who do something so far out there that you just gotta cut all communication with them. I would definitely categorize this person under the latter. During an interview on New York’s Boomer & Carton radio show, boxer Mike Tyson shared a story about a time when one of his exes killed and ate one of his pigeons, right in front of him. This was following admitting trying to eat one in the first place. *record scratch*
Tyson: “I tried. I was dating this young lady and she said, ‘I don’t know why you’re flying those damn birds, you should be eating them.’ … She happened to grab one and — and she cooked one and proceeded to eat it. And I just couldn’t do it.”
Carton: “You loved the pigeon that much.”
Boomer: “Well, cause he’s got a relationship with the pigeons.”
Tyson: “It just wasn’t the right thing to do.”
Umm…uhh…I’m not for sure that that counts as an attempt to eat a pigeon, moreso than being bullied into eating one. But I tell you what. Even if I don’t have a pigeon as a pet, the minute you talk about how you’d like to season and fry it up like some drummettes is the same minute I tell you to get the hell out. There’s too much chicken in the world to try frying a flying rat. Grossness.
Tamar Braxton Will Show Her Delivery On Reality Show
Tamar is so thirsty for attention, but I like her.. Going against her husbands wishes she has decided to air her delivery on the next season of Tamar & Vince.
“My husband’s not comfortable with any of this,” she stated with a giggle before collecting her thoughts. Tamar is a little more open to the idea because she feels that it’s only right to continue bringing fans along for the rest of the journey that she started last season on “Braxton Family Values” and her own spin-off.
“I think we’re going to let them in as much as we can,” Tamar shared. “You don’t want to bring your viewer all the way to the point where you went through in vitro, then it didn’t happen like that and it happened naturally. I just think it’s a story to tell and not to tell the whole story is kind of unfair.
That aside, the cameras are only allowed to go so far and Tamar has made one stipulation. “You won’t be looking in my purse,” she stated. “My purse is off limits. I don’t even wanna see inside my purse!”
“Tiny is in talks of helping me plan my baby shower,” “My sisters really, really know me, but Tiny is my best friend and she’s going to make sure that all the people that I want there are going to be there. And she’s bringing that kind of fun ratchet vibe.”
