Bruno Mars Gets Suited Up In "GQ"
In the April 2013 issue GQ, "Billionaire" singer Bruno Mars discusses his vintage style and hit writing process for his own hit album, Unorthodox Jukebox. And while modeling how readers can work tuxedo jackets (through photos by Peggy Sirota) into their everyday wardrobe, he talks about his journey as a muscian. And he also shares some of the setbacks that helped teach him some of life's biggest lessons. Get to know Bruno Mars in the new GQ. He's a breath of fresh air to us.
Here's some highlights:
On using metaphors for sex and religion in "Locked Out of Heaven":
"You're not listening to it right if you're picking it apart like that. You know? I can't overthink everything I wrote or worry about that kind of stuff. Hopefully people should know. There's no blasphemy. Or insult to any religion. It's just fucking poetry, whether you believe me or not."
On the difficulty of writing hit songs:
"You know how hard it is to write a big song? That shit is hard, man. It's so hard to do. Might be one of the hardest things to ever do. I don't ever want to come out with something safe and get away with 'It sounds good!' It's got to be more than sounding good. The music I like are events. Fucking 'Bohemian Rhapsody'is my favorite song—that song's an event. And that's what I want to do. I'm sure that shocked the world, that song. 'Billie Jean' shocked the world. 'Smells Like Teen Spirit.' Those songs are events. That guy put everything he got into that, and he meant it."
On what he learned from getting busted for cocaine possession:
"'I can take this shit away from you, young man.' That was the lesson. You've slaved away for years and years and years. You've prepped your whole life. It's all you know how to do. You're a kid experiencing life in fucking Sin City, and that was the lesson: It can all be taken away. Put you in a weird place. Embarrass you."

Soulja Boy Gets Hacked
I don't know what the hell Soulja Boy has been getting himself into since his breakup from rapstress, Diamond, but somebody is surely out to get him and here's why.
Just a few days ago, a picture showed up on Instagram of a man (who was obviously gay) wearing a black scooped neck shirt, biting on his lip with a Morris Day haircut with a caption underneath the photo from Soulja Boy saying this below:
Of course shortly after, Soulja Boy stated that his account was hacked and that things would be back to normal soon, but find out what his thoughts were on the hacking when you look below
What are your thoughts?
The Westboro Baptist Church just got the SHOCK of it’s Life!
Man buys $81,000 house opposite homophobic Westboro Baptist Church headquarters so he can re-paint it with the colors of the gay rights rainbow flag
A charity founder bought a house opposite the Westboro Baptist Church headquarters in Topeka, Kansas, so he could protest against the group and celebrate homosexuality by painting it in rainbow colors today.
Aaron Jackson, 31, who founded Planting Peace which supports orphanages in the developing world, decided the paint-job would be the perfect counter protest to the organization who are known for their 'God Hates Fags' placards and anti-gay preaching.
The two bedroom house, which cost $81,000, now sits proudly re-colored directly opposite the founding base of the non-affiliated group which describes itself as a 'church'.
Before: The 2-bedroom $81,000 property sits directly opposite the headquarters of the Westboro Baptist Church. It was a bland gray color, pictured, before it received its protest makeover
When he bought the property. However, he waited to paint the house Tuesday
The guerrilla protest against the Westboro Baptists is particularly fitting given their sporadic demonstrations interrupting the funerals of dead servicemen with their odd anti-gay rhetoric and chants.
The small sect believe homosexuality is the root of all the world's evil and the refusal to denounce it is the cause of all tragedy, including deaths in war.
Jackson says other neighbors on the street have pledged their support for his stand against the group and their perverse preaching.
'Instead of millions of children around the world getting this hate message, they're going to see this message of compassion and love,' Jackson told Gawker.
'People keep coming out, honking horns, taking pictures,' he told Fox News.
The Westboro Baptist Church, which is believed to have just a few dozen members, was founded at the property in Topeka in 1955 by Fred Phelps.
Jackson bought the small house across the road six months ago but has waited to paint it in the multi-color design until Tuesday
He told KUHF.FM he was inspired by 9-year-old Josef Miles who hit the headlines with his own Topeka protest against the Westboro Baptists.
Church anti-gay slogans, pictured, encouraged him to paint the house
The child stood in front of 'church-members' carrying their 'God Hates Gays' signs with his own pencil drawn 'God Hates No One' design on a sketchpad.
Jackson has named the property 'Equality House' and plans to fly a large rainbow flag outside on a 30-foot flag pole.
He doesn't intend to live at the property but hopes it can become a base for work on equality and LGBT rights.
'The view is what I bought the home for,' he said.
A Twitter account purporting to represent the 'church' mentioned the 'fag flag house' next door several times in Tweets
The rainbow flag has been an emblem of the LGBT movement since the 1970s.

Justin Timberlake Breaks Digital Pre-Order Record With ‘The 20/20 Experience’
If there’s one thing that’s clear about Justin Timberlake‘s new album ‘The 20/20 Experience’, it’s that it’s destined to be a chart smash.
Already predicted by insiders to shift more than 500,000 copies first week, it has now emerged that the set has already broken digital records on merit of pre-orders alone.
According to Hits Daily Double, ’20/20′ has topped the previous 136k digital pre-order record set by One Direction last year by “a few thousand units”. Even more impressive is that JT’s effort did so within a five and a half week window, roughly half the time 1D had.

Bow Wow Told to Pay Adult Film Star 80-Thousand Dollars
Bow Wow is being forced to fork over 80-thousand dollars to a French adult film star. According to TMZ, back in 2012 Celine Tran –who goes by the moniker “Katsuni” — filed a lawsuit against the rapper for using footage of her pole dancing in the music video for his track “Drank in My Cup.”
Tran accused the rapper and BET “106 & Park” co-host of lifting the clips from a video for a French group named Electric Conspiracy. Apparently, Bow Wow refused to acknowledge the lawsuit so the judge ruled in Tran’s favor and ordered Bow to cough up nearly 80-thousand dollars in damages and attorney fees.
Apart from his gig on “106 & Park,” Bow Wow is currently at work on his seventh album “Underrated,” which is expected to hit stores later this year.

R. Kelly mansion loss at foreclosure auction: $3.5M home sold for $950K
R. Kelly's Chicago-area mansion has been sold out from under him at a major loss. The "Share My Love" singer got no love from the bank that foreclosed on his $3.5 million home.
JP Morgan Chase began foreclosure proceedings on the 22,000 square-foot property in 2011 after a year's worth of missed mortgage payments.
TMZ reports Kelly tried to sell the mansion, which boasts six bedrooms, eight full and six half baths, and an indoor swimming pool for a cool $1.5 million. But with no takers, the bank pulled the plug and auctioned the house off for $950,000. Once a judge signs off on the deal, Chase can request a court order to evict Kelly.
Kelly built the house from scratch in 1997 after demolishing a property he bought for $1.5 million. Chase gave him the $3.5 million loan in 1999, and according to court documents, he still owed $2.9 million when the foreclosure process began.
So, if R. Kelly is homeless now, where will "Trapped in the Closet," Chapters 22 - 54 be based?
Kandi Explains Tardy Lawsuit
Kandi Burruss waited a whole four years to file a lawsuit against Kim Zolciak for stiffing her out of the proceeds for the one hit wonder she for Kim called, Tardy for the Party Kandi explains why she waited so long...
Kandi tells Hip Hollywood,
“It’s time for the whole ordeal to be over. I asked TuneCore to take the song down in December 2012. They did. Kim sent an affidavit to put it back up, which they did. TuneCore then informed me that in order for the song to be taken down permanently I would need to file suit to have it removed. I never wanted to go that route but after being told that it is the only way to get the song removed, I had no other choice.”
But sources tell me that Andy Cohen and BRAVO told her not to!
Justin Timberlake emotional Mirrors music video pays tribute to his grandparents.
Justin Timberlake takes fans on a ride through the lifetime of a relationship in his new music video for Mirrors.
The singer takes inspiration from his grandparents in the new promo clip for his new single, featuring an elderly couple who flashback to their experiences together in younger years.
At the start of the video, text shows a dedication granddad William - who died late last year - and grandmother Sadie Bomar.
Then the mature couple pull at viewers’ heartstrings as they pick up objects like books and clothing which induce memories of turbulent times.
The 32-year-old’s piece is directed by Floria Sigismondi, who put her hand to movie The Runaways starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning and the new video for singer David Bowie's song The Stars (Are Coming Out Tonight), featuring Tilda Swinton.
The musical love story reflects some eerie images which include one character being a human photobooth as a strip of wallet sized pictures are ejected from the body.
A 20-something bride appears to be distraught on their wedding night, wearing white lingerie, her face is smeared in black mascara after plenty of crying.
In contrast to the downs, the characters can also be seen dancing and smiling together as they enjoy teenage years, adult unions and elderly companionship.
Justin’s grandparents were married for 63 years, and according to reports, William’s ill health prevented him from attending his grandson’s wedding ceremony in October.
The star himself only features towards the end of the short film, appearing in a room full of mirrors and of course showing off his famed dancing skills.
At one point he is joined by an eccentrically dressed dancer who flashes before his eyes as he tried to touched her palms through the reflective surface.
Spanning the years: Justin doesn't feature in the video much but channels his grandparents' romance

Omarosa Planning Lawsuit Against La Toya Jackson
*Omarosa is looking to take the fight with her “All Star Celebrity Apprentice” foe to the courtroom.
The longtime reality show villain is reportedly planning to sue La Toya Jackson for making “false, vicious and defamatory” comments about her regarding the death of her fiancé, Michael Clarke Duncan.
As previously reported, La Toya was fired on Sunday’s episode and made the comment about Duncan’s tragic heart attack and death.
“Omarosa’s fiance passed away not long ago. He had a heart attack, I’m sure she gave it to him,” she told the camera during one of the challenges. After she was fired by Donald Trump, she said: “Omarosa is the most evil person I have ever met. She’s a no good, conniving scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke [sic].”
Omarosa’s attorney told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive statement Monday: “La Toya Jackson’s statement on the March 17, 2013 episode of All-Star Celebrity Apprentice, that the Reverend Omarosa Manigault caused her fiancé Michael Clarke Duncan to die, is false, vicious and defamatory.
WATCH:
“Rev. Manigault has been heralded as a life saver for her actions on the evening that her fiancé suffered a life-ending heart attack. It is because of her bravery that Mr. Duncan — the love of Rev. Manigault’s life — was able to live for months beyond that tragic night. Mr. Duncan passed away from natural causes.
“Ms. Jackson made the statement immediately after having been ‘fired’ off the show, and blames Rev. Manigault for her loss. It is repulsive and of the lowest level of class for Ms. Jackson, who showed herself to be a “sore loser” in making these disgusting statements in the wake of Rev. Manigault’s tragic loss.”
Omarosa’s attorney said that they are planning to take action after La Toya’s comments.
“As her counsel, we have been directed to pursue these defamatory statements to the fullest extent of the law with La Toya Jackson and any other participating publications or media outlets who repeat or repost these statements.”
AND FINALLY FROM “THE CRAZY PEOPLE SHOPPING AT WALMART” FILES
HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND EVERYBODY!!!!!!!!
